Complete ALL Back-to-School Information

Parents/Guardians, please make sure you log to Infinite Campus and complete the back to school registration forms including the technology form for your student to be eligible to obtain their Chromebook and Charger the first week of school. 

Go into Infinite Campus:

Visit the Infinite Campus Student Information System

Parents need to complete all the information under the MORE section so that all of the information is current and all forms are completed for the new school year.  It is very important that the Student Technology Use form is completed in order to be given a student assigned Chromebook.  

After you sign into Infinite Campus:

1. Under the MORE section:
2. Click on Back to School Forms
3. Under Existing Student Registration click Start next to 26/27 CMS Enrollment Application
4. A screen with student(s) name(s) will pop up click Begin Registration
5. Follow the prompts from there

If you as the parent/guardian are having issues logging into Infinite Campus, need an authentication code, or have any questions:

Fill out the form. Please include student name and id.

 

 

Required Actions for Device Pickup

To ensure your student receives their device on their assigned day, the following requirements must be met:

• Registration Forms in Infinite Campus. Complete the required electronic forms within Infinite Campus as part of the back-to-school documents. 
• Fee Resolution: All technology fees from previous years must be paid in full.

 

Previous Fees can be paid online via the Online School Payment portal. If you prefer to pay with cash, the student can bring in cash payments in the Media Center on Friday, August 28th during their grade level scheduled time from 7:30-9:30.
